Manager users may reset the password for other user accounts.
Changing a User's Password
- Browse to the user in Quantum MX. Click Settings / Users and then Show to show the user profile page.

Click Assign Password.
Have the user sign in using their email address and temporary password.
- The user will be prompted to establish a new secure password.
Password Lock Out
As a security measure to prevent brute-force access attempts, Quantum MX will automatically lock user accounts if more than 20 successive invalid password attempts are made. The account will be locked for 5 minutes. A manager may unlock the account manually by browsing to the user's profile page and clicking the Unlock function.
