The Home Screen

The Quantum MX home screen provides access to all functions of the software.

Top Menu

The top menu provides access to work in progress and other productivity features.

Left Menu

The left hand menu provides access to the major functions, and is accessible on every page.

1. Three Bars / left arrow: expand or collapse the left menu.
2. Home icon: return to the home screen.
3. Aircraft icon: show the aircraft listing.
4. Address book icon: show the customers listing.
5. Puzzle icon: show the parts listing.
6. Wrench icon: show the work orders listing.
7. Barcode icon: show the inventory listing.
8. Bar graph icon: show the reports listing.
9. Clock icon: show the timesheets listing.
10. Quickbooks icon: show the Quickbooks Online features.
11. Gear icon: show the settings sub-menu.

Settings Sub Menu

The settings sub menu provides access to the following functions:

1. Checklists: access the checklist library.
2. Logbook Types: configure logbook types.
3. Mechanics: manage mechanic certificate information.
4. Users: manage user accounts.
5. Teams: manage teams.
6. Tools: manage tools and tool calibrations.
7. Synchronizers: synchronize reminders with Greenfolder Flight Scheduler by FLY Online Tools.
8. Server Settings: configure the server time zone and Quickbooks Online level.
9. Lists: configure system wide list items, e.g. timer names, part conditions, workflow actions

Top Menu

1. QMX Logo: return to the home screen.
2. Calendar icon: show the work order planning calendar.
3. Shopping cart icon: access the Orders listing and quick view of open purchase orders accessed within the last 60 days.
4. HelpHub icon: get context sensitive help.
5. Gear icon + user name: show the user account panel.
6. Sign Out: log out of Quantum MX

Orders Menu

The Orders menu, accessed under the shopping cart icon provides a quick access function to most recently accessed Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Use the search field to quickly locate an order by customer name, vendor name or order number.

Breadcrumb Trail

A breadcrumb trail is provided that contains links to the most recently accessed aircraft, parts, and work orders. Team members contribute to each other's breadcrumb trail providing a quick link to the most recently accessed screens.
