Chronos will generally send email and SMS notifications to clients and bookable resource representatives for the following reservation events: created, update, delete.

Additionally, the client of a reservation will receive a notification reminder on the day prior to their reservation.

Notifications may be enabled or disabled for specific reservations.

Reservation Notification Settings

  1. When creating or editing a reservation, locate the Options tab.
  2. Enable or disable the Send Notifications setting. send notifications reminder setting
  3. Save the reservation.

When the Send Notifications option is disabled, email/sms notifications will not be triggered for any of the reservation update or reminder events.
