To facilitate inventory picking, an inventory pick report may be downloaded for individual work orders.
- Browse to a work order.

Click Export / Inventory Status (PDF).
The Inventory Status sheet contains two reports: 1) Pick Sheet, 2) Work Order Reference
Pick Status Report
The Pick Status report provides an itemized list of inventory parts that are requested by the work order intended to facilitate picking from inventory activity. Parts are sorted by inventory location.
Work Order Reference Report
The Work Order Reference report provides an itemized list of inventory parts that are requested by the work order intended to facilitate the assignment of picked parts to the aircraft.
Using the Inventory Status Report
- Print the inventory status sheet for a work order.
- Walk to the inventory locations and, using the Pick Sheet report, locate the parts requested and pick the inventory.
- Walk to the aircraft locations and, using the Work Order Reference report, place the requested parts at the aircraft parts staging area.
