When creating invoices, Quantum MX will automatically send the following custom fields to Quickbooks Online:

IDENT- the aircraft tail number or component part number -
TEAM_NAME- the name of the associated team. -
TEAM_COMPANY- the associated team company name.
To use the fields on your Quickbooks Online invoices, they must be enabled in your Quickbooks Online invoice document template. Edit your custom document forms in Quickbooks Online.
